Below are three variations on the Team callout module: grid with no button, grid with regular button, grid with modal popup button. There are also three equivalent List-style variations in the toolbox under the Saved tab.
Remove those columns that are unwanted, and duplicate the columns of those you want the desired number of times. The layout is a grid of four columns per row by default, but three or five still looks acceptable.
